Give For Good Louisville 2021

Give For Good Louisville, the biggest day of local giving, returns Friday, September 17. From 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on that day, you can support KRM by donating online through this Community Foundation of Louisville event.

The goal of Give For Good Louisville is to raise funds to support hundreds of nonprofits throughout the Louisville Metro Area. If you want to support KRM in this way, you can make your donation through KRM’s Give For Good Louisville profile.

Each year that KRM has participated, you have helped raised more money than the year before. In 2020, donors raised about $60,000 in unrestricted funds that support our work serving refugees and immigrants in Kentucky.

Please note: If you have never given through Give For Good Louisville before, this is a different online donation form than the one you find here on KRM’s website. Why do we ask you to give this way? Because by donating on the Community Foundaton’s Give For Good Louisville site, you help KRM become eligible for additional bonus and prize money from the Community Foundation’s sponsors.

Become a Fundraising Champion for KRM

The Give For Good Louisville portal allows supporters to create their own fundraising pages, set your own fundraising goal, and share this page with your friends and family. Why does peer fundraising matter? According to the Community Foundation of Louisville, organizations that utilize peer-to-peer fundraising have raised 300% more, on average, than those organizations who have not.

By making your own fundraising page, you can share help spread the word and raise more support for our work. Here’s how:

  1. Go to KRM’s Give For Good profile page
  2. Click the ‘Fundraise’ button beneath our agency name
  3. Set up your fundraiser with your own story about why you care about refugees and immigrants
  4. Before or on September 17th, share your unique fundraiser link with your friends and family to reach your fundraising goal!
