Music for a Purpose: KRM Benefit Concert

Come out for an incredible evening of live music and support KRM! Music for a Purpose launches its second season of benefit concerts to raise funds and increase awareness for humanitarian causes. “Making Music, Changing Lives” is designed to promote lasting change throughout our communities, bring people together and utilize the power of music as a catalyst for connectivity. Join us on November 2nd or 3rd to experience what is sure to be an exceptional event!
When & Where:
Thursday, November 2nd, at 7:30 p.m.
Location: Second Presbyterian Church
Friday, November 3rd, at 8:00 p.m.
Location: Highland Presbyterian Church
What & Who:
The concerts will feature members of the Louisville Orchestra and professional classical musicians – including KRM’s own Co-Sponsorship & Volunteer Manager, Joseph Caminiti, playing the French horn.
Along with Joseph Caminiti, Julia Cash (violin), John Kramer (piano) and Edward Caruthers (baritone) will perform music by Brahms, Saint-Saens and Kramer.
Cost:
Suggested donation: $25 – $50
Admission is free. All donations from these events go directly towards KRM services and clients; supporting refugee newcomers as they rebuild their lives in Kentucky.
