KRM Volunteer Celebration & Cultural Presentation Event
April 25 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm EDT
KRM volunteer celebration and cultural presentation event will be held Thursday, April 25th, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. in the KRM dining room.
To express our deep gratitude for our community of support, we invite you to please join us in celebrating the incredible impact of KRM volunteers and connect with other supporters in your community who help make Kentucky home to refugees and immigrants!
KRM Cuban Caseworker, Daynier “Danny” Adan, will deliver a special presentation during the event. To highlight our growing Cuban community, he will provide valuable insights into Cuban history and culture, as well as share on the lived experience from his own journey of rebuilding home in the U.S.
Refreshments will be provided, and free parking is available in the parking lot at the back of the building.
KRM is located at 969-B Cherokee Road, Louisville, KY 40204. From the back parking lot, signs will direct you to the dining room. This is a free, casual event, and no RSVP is required. Please feel free to drop by as you are able and to bring friends or family who are interested in learning more about volunteering or speaking to KRM staff about getting involved and available volunteer opportunities!
