SUMMARY:KRM LOU: July Info Session & Volunteer Orientation
DESCRIPTION:PLEASE NOTE: This month’s session will be held on the 2nd Thursday of the month\, July 9th.  \nAttend a KRM Louisville Info Session & Volunteer Orientation to learn more about refugees and resettlement in KY or to begin volunteering with KRM! These sessions are offered on the first Thursday of every month (unless otherwise noted) and presented in a hybrid format (options of Zoom or in-person). As noted above\, July’s session will take place on the 2nd Thursday of the month\, July 9th.   \nFor those who would like to learn more about refugee resettlement but aren’t ready or able to volunteer at the moment – You’re welcome to join us for the info session in the first segment (approx. 45 min.). The info session provides a better understanding of topics\, such as the refugee journey\, resettlement in Kentucky\, cultural awareness\, and KRM services for refugee and immigrant clients. \nIf you are applying to volunteer with KRM Louisville\, you will need to attend both segments of the session\, which includes both the info session and volunteer orientation.
